Corporate Office Deep Clean — Downtown St. Louis

Bel Cleaning was contracted to perform a full deep-clean restoration of a 45,000-square-foot corporate office building in downtown St. Louis. The facility had not received a thorough deep clean in over two years and needed attention across all floors, including executive suites, open workstation areas, conference rooms, break rooms, and restrooms.

Our team worked over a weekend to minimize disruption to daily operations. The scope included carpet extraction, hard-floor stripping and waxing, high-dusting of HVAC vents and light fixtures, interior window cleaning, upholstery shampooing, and full restroom sanitation. We deployed a crew of 12 technicians with commercial-grade equipment to complete the project on schedule.

The Challenge

The building's carpet tiles had heavy staining in high-traffic corridors, and the VCT flooring in the break rooms had significant scuff marks and yellowing. Our team applied a multi-step extraction process on all carpeted areas and performed a full strip, seal, and wax on the hard floors. The restrooms received new grout sealing, fixture polishing, and touchpoint sanitation. The client was thrilled with the results and signed a recurring nightly janitorial contract with Bel Cleaning following the project.
